First of all I have ask forgiveness from all the recipients and donors of the items pictured below. I’ve been a bit ”out of the loop” these past few weeks due to an operation. I’m slowly, but surely straightening out all the work that were left undone.

Forever Angels Place of Safety moved premises in July and had to get rid of some redundant baby stuff (lucky me!!). There were LOADS of everything…clothing, cots, strollers, baby baths, high chairs, walking rings, children’s chairs, toys, mattresses, blankets, car seats and much, much more. After sorting through some of the items, I decided to call some of my facilities, whom I felt would benefit most from this donation. Madzibandlela Orphanage Home in Soshanguve and Ditebogo Daycare were ecstatic at the prospect of receiving useful baby goods, so they quickly arranged pick-up. In addition to those two facilities, I reckoned that Tshwaraganang Orphanage in Hammanskraal may also benefit, so I took some of the items (as many as I could get into my little car) and dropped it off at Annalie Lewis’s place of work. Annalie visits Tshwara quite often, so she volunteered to see that it gets delivered.

Tshwaragang also received a blessing from Leorentia Fourie (a lovely lady who works at my favorite hairdressers, El Pelo Studios). She donated some beautiful baby knitwear to keep the little bodies warm and cozy during the final weeks of winter.

As you can see it was smiles all around when the teams came to pick up the items. My thanks again to my generous donors; Ursula van der Berg from Forever Angels Place of Safety and Leorentia Fourie from El Pelo Studios.

Thank you for your kindness….it made such a difference in the lives of these people.

God bless!
