In his weekly newsletter, the project manager at Tshwane North Outreach, mr Frikkie Loots, requests urgent assistance with food at their local pre-school and aftercare. They are awaiting their annual government grant, which has not been paid as yet. Therefore they’ve run out of funding for the school. The situation is quite desperate.
Around 120 children per day receive care at Wolmer Community Centre (TNO) in Pretoria North. They have no funding to purchase the necessary items to prepare healthy meals for these children anymore.
They need the following items:
– Tinned food
– Maize meal
– Fresh vegetables and meat (they have cooling facilities)
