Day 4: Put a smile on your face!!!
Have you ever noticed that, if you smile while walking down the street, people tend to smile back at you? And NOT ONLY THAT….smiling, no matter how awful you feel, will help you to dig yourself out of your depressive mood as well. Trust me, it WORKS!
So today, greet the morning with a huge grin, smile at everyone you see and, who knows, perhaps your smile is just what someone else needs to feel better.
